The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads a school-based service, delivering before/after school care and holiday programs for children aged 5–12 in Victoria. You'll design engaging activities, build strong relationships with families and staff, and mentor your team to grow within the OSHC sector.
Hours are early mornings and late afternoons, Monday to Friday, with weekly admin time. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and community engagement within a vibrant, supportive workplace.
