We take care of one another and deliver quality that is renowned within the industry.About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk to join our finance team.
This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices, purchase orders and paymentsReview accounts payable and ensure invoices are accurately coded and approvedIssue monthly customer statementsAllocate and reconcile customer paymentsFollow up outstanding accounts and assist with debt collectionMaintain accurate financial records and filingRespond to supplier and customer account enquiriesProvide general administrative support to the finance team as requiredReception backupAbout YouYou will ideally have:Previous experience in an accounts payable / accounts receivable role preferableStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyGood numerical and analytical skillsGood communication, telephone etiquette and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamEntry level Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with accounting software such as MYOB preferableA proactive approach and willingness to learnReliable, professional, punctual and maintain a positive attitude.What We OfferA supportive and friendly working environmentOn the job training providedVariety across both accounts payable and receivable functionsRemuneration above award rates and based on experienceIncentive bonuses (after probation period)How to ApplyIf you are an organized and motivated accounts professional looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.PLEASE NOTE:We can only considerAustralian Citizens / Permanent Residentsfor this position.
