About the Opportunity
As part of our Digital and eCommerce team, you could contribute across a range of disciplines including digital trading, online merchandising, customer experience, digital operations, website optimisation, user experience, product development and performance analytics.
Working closely with teams across Merchandise, Marketing, Digital Product, Customer Experience and Analytics, you'll help deliver engaging online experiences, drive commercial outcomes and support the continued growth of our digital business.
What You'll Be Doing
Analyse trading, customer and website performance to identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversion and revenue.
Execute and optimise online promotions, campaigns and trading activities.
Monitor category and site performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
Drive website merchandising initiatives that improve product discoverability and customer engagement.
Support personalisation, testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programs.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey using data,



insights and customer behaviour trends.
Partner with Digital Product teams on current features, enhancements and website improvements.
Develop reporting and performance insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making.
What You'll Bring
Experience in eCommerce, digital trading, online merchandising or digital operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
A commercial mindset and passion for improving online performance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
