This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their leadership journey, or an established Store Manager looking for their next adventure. You'll lead from the front, coaching your team on the floor, delivering on KPIs, championing safety, and creating exceptional customer experiences every day.

Sunday to Thursday and only two weekends per month

As theStore Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
Management experience.
A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
The ability to motivate and inspire your team.
Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
Robust skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.




Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
