You'll support our recruitment, maintain accurate records and help ensure our services meet NDIS and organisational requirements.If you're organised, approachable, detail-focused and enjoy contributing to a purpose-driven team, we'd love to hear from you.Employment basis: Part-timeClassification: Award-based – Social and Community Services EmployeeThe RoleAs a People and Culture Specialist, you'll support the day-to-day HR needs of Hikma House.You'll work with managers and staff across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance, training and workforce compliance.This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines human resources, staff communication, workforce coordination and compliance support.
We're looking for a team player with previous experience working in an office workplace.Requirements Qualification in Human Resources,



Business or a related fieldAt least two years' experience in an HR or People and Culture rolePrevious experience working in an office environmentKnowledge of employment legislation and relevant AwardsStrong organisational and time-management skillsClear written and verbal communicationAbility to manage competing prioritiesAbility to handle confidential information appropriatelyProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookProactive and team-focusedExperience using ShiftCare, ELMO or similar systemsKnowledge of NDIS processes and compliance requirementsExperience working within disability or community services (highly regarded)What's In It for You?
