About the role
Health On High is a Multi-Disciplinary group of Allied Health Professionals in Coffs Harbour, NSW. We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, combining a friendly and caring approach with efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities
Present a friendly, caring but efficient first point of contact
Answer phone calls and be responsible for follow-up actions
Manage invoicing and computer-based administrative tasks
Multi-task and prioritise at peak times in a professional manner
Take on and follow-up instructions, working co-operatively within the team
Manage time effectively to support team operations
About you
Excellent computer and invoicing skills
Able to multi-task and prioritise at peak times in a qualified manner
Able to take on and follow-up instructions, working co-operatively within the team
Requirements:
Permanent residency in Australia or current working visa
Valid Police and Working with Children Checks
