Airserve Air Conditioning is looking for an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our team based in Unanderra, servicing the Illawarra, South Coast and surrounding regions.
About Airserve
Airserve is a locally owned and operated air conditioning company specialising in residential and light commercial HVAC solutions. Our work includes everything from custom ducted installations and new home construction through to service, maintenance, fault finding and system replacements.
We have built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, professionalism and customer service, and we're looking for the right person to help us continue that growth.
The Role
As an Air Conditioning Apprentice with Airserve Air Conditioning, you will work alongside qualified technicians and senior apprentices while completing your apprenticeship and gaining hands-on experience in the industry.
Your role will involve learning and assisting with:
Installation of ducted, split and VRV air conditioning systems
Servicing and maintenance of residential and light commercial systems
Assisting with fault finding and repair work under supervision
Learning correct installation practices, safety procedures, and industry standards
Exposure to a variety of job types, including:
New home builds (construction)
Warranty and insurance work




Schools, apartments, and maintenance work
Predominantly residential work, with light commercial exposure
You will receive ongoing training, support, and mentoring to help you develop your skills and progress through your apprenticeship.

Custom residential homes
Existing home upgrades and replacements
Light commercial installations
Schools and apartment developments
Warranty and insurance work
Planned maintenance programs
Service and breakdown repairs
