As our Administration Manager (Senior Patient Services Officer), you'll lead a dedicated Patient Services team and help create a seamless, supportive experience for patients throughout their cancer journey.Working closely with the Centre Leader and multidisciplinary clinical teams, you'll lead a small administration team, oversee daily operations, support continuous improvement, and help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.About the RoleLead, coach and develop the Patient Services and Patient Accounts teamsManage rostering, workflow and day-to-day operationsSupport recruitment, onboarding and performance developmentOversee billing, debtor management and informed financial consent processesAssist patients with enquiries relating to Medicare, DVA and private health fundsBuild strong relationships with patients, clinicians and key stakeholdersPartner with the Centre Leader on quality initiatives and continuous improvement projectsStep into operational duties when required to support the teamAbout YouExperience leading and developing teamsAdministration, customer service or healthcare operations experienceStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approachConfidence managing competing priorities in a busy environmentExperience with medical billing, Medicare, DVA and private health funds (highly regarded)Healthcare or medical administration experience (desirable)Most importantly, you'll bring empathy,
