We're hiring! Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer
We're looking for an experienced AP/AR Officer to join the IntraSpace team.
You'll handle:
- Supplier invoices and payment runs
- Customer collections
- Reconciliations
- Payroll processing
You'll need solid AP/AR experience, NetSuite and Employment Hero experience, attention to detail and the ability to start straight away.

Effective Communication skills to liaise with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and team members in a clear and professional manner.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work in office in the Greater Melbourne Area, contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
Relevant vocational training or qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; prior experience in a similar role is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with OH&S; and compliance requirements in a commercial or project-based environment is an advantage.
