You will deliver patient-centred OT services within a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients and carers across hospital, home and community settings.The ideal candidate holds AHPRA registration, has experience in rehabilitation or palliative care, and is committed to applying evidence-based practice aligned with HammondCare
