You'll have real say over how nursing runs at the practice, with management on site and a supportive team around you.Key responsibilitiesLead the treatment room and nursing team, including an Enrolled Nurse and Assistants in NursingRun chronic disease management, health assessments and care plansImmunisations, cold chain, wound care, cervical screening and general proceduresRecalls and follow-up, and support for our doctors and registrarsHelp set and improve nursing processes and keep us accreditation-ready (RACGP 6th edition)About youCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseAt least 3 years in general practice,



with leadership or mentoring experienceCurrent CPR and immunisation credentialsConfident working independently and making clinical decisions within your scopeReliable, organised, and keen to lead and mentor the nursing teamWhat we offerFull-time, weekdays only.
