your responsibilities will include:Processing supplier invoices and matching purchase orders with goods received documentation.Assisting with creditor payment runs and maintaining accurate accounts payable records.Reconciling company credit card and fuel card statements.Responding to incoming calls, welcoming visitors and providing general reception support.Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.Assisting with general office administration and supporting the wider team as required.YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts administration or a similar position.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Confident communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills.A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to assist across different areas of the business.
