We are open to all levels of experience and ideally the candidate will have the ability to travel distances as required to service customers throughout the region.Responsibilities:Service and maintenance of all gaming equipment located within clubs and pubsPreventative maintenance and installation of gaming machines and other related equipmentAssisting sales force in product promotion and performanceAttendant training and customer liaisonRequirements:A gaming technician's license for all jurisdictions covered in service regionField,



electrical or electronics service or maintenance experienceCurrent Drivers LicenseGaming industry experienceStrong communication skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work unsupervisedAbility to undertake physical demands required of the rolePossess excellent customer service and relationship building skillsAvailable to work on call and weekendsComfortable working in a club environmentAssist with Product Submittal Support, certifications, transfer requests, and monitor current product developmentsResolve parts allocation, production order and configuration issues, and address customer concernsThe successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:Good interpersonal and communications kills; collaborative team playerGood organisation, analytical and problem-solving skillsGood self-management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesTake initiative and have a positive can-do attitudeApplications Close: 15th July ****
