An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Officer to join a well-established, fun and growing business based in Clayton on a temporary basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across both prodominantly in Accounts Payable and some Accounts Receivable.
Someone who is comfortable in multi-tasking and can hit the ground running.
The Role
Processing Accounts Payable invoices and matching invoices to purchase ordersCoding and processing supplier invoicesPreparing and processing payment runs twice weeklyManaging Accounts Receivable tasks, including banking and reconciliationsAssisting with month-end processes and reconciliationsSupporting the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting duties
About You




Previous experience in a similar Accounts Officer or transactional finance roleStrong Accounts Payable experience, including PO matching, invoice coding and payment runsExposure to Accounts Receivable, banking and reconciliationsExperience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) would be highly regardedAvailable to commence immediatelyA hands-on approach, solid attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
