We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join a energetic and growing mobile, community-based service located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
In this role, you will work with clients in their own homes, providing tailored therapy services to a diverse range of individuals, including those in the NDIS, TAC, Worksafe, and Aged Care sectors.About the Role:This is a part-time or full time position (minimum 3 days per week).
We also offer contracting opportunities for those seeking greater flexibility.As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will:Visit clients in their homes, assess their needs, and design intervention programs to help them achieve meaningful goalsConduct assessments for home modifications, from simple to complexAssist clients in finding the right assistive technology solutionsMaintain strong relationships with support coordinators, local area coordinators,
