As a full-time Brake Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and fabrication of high-quality metal products for our clients.What you'll be doingAccurately operate and maintain our state-of-the-art brake press machinery to bend, shape and form stainless steel componentsRead and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work orders to ensure precise fabrication of partsPerform quality checks on finished products to maintain our high standardsContribute to a safe and efficient production environment by following all safety protocolsCollaborate with the wider production team to meet tight deadlines and delivery schedulesAssist with general housekeeping and workshop maintenance as requiredWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Brake Press Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawingsExcellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindsetCommitment to workplace health and safetyAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamForklift licence highly regardedWhat we offerAt Brisbane Laser Cutting Services, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
