It's our dependability, constancy, and tenacity that make us so good at what we do.Key Responsibilities:Receive and review instructions from clients in respect of new loan advancesAttend to title searches, bankruptcy searches, PPSR searches and ASIC searches in preparation of a loan file and other related searches;Prepare files for settlement, ensuring transactional and legislative requirements are metProcess residential mortgage files in both paper and PEXA environmentsArranging registration of securitiesEnsuring client requirements are met and special conditions of the loan are satisfiedCertification and funding of settlement through to PEXA registrationWhat we are looking for:Minimum of 2 year experience within the banking and finance industryPEXA and Leap experience is a mustKnowledge of multi State property laws and requirements (desirable but not mandatory)Strong customer service ethic and outcomes focusExperience in all aspects of residential conveyancingAbility to work in a quick-paced, high volume environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAre capable of building good relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCan prioritise work and manage clients' expectationsDrafting and negotiation skillsHave excellent attention to detailAbility to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesExperience with LEAP will be advantageous, but is not essentialMandarin speaker (desirable but not mandatory)Why work for Parsons and Partners?
