Alongside this network, Breast Cancer Network Australia work with the broader cohort of health professionals, government, healthcare providers and partners to influence and create a stronger healthcare system.Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager and working within the Individual Giving team, the Donor Engagement and Retention Coordinator supports the delivery of donor engagement, stewardship and retention initiatives across a range of donor programs.You will manage donor enquiries as the first point of contact for supporters, while coordinating personalised donor journeys, supporter communications, recognition activities and engagement experiences that build loyalty and deepen connection to the mission.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining relationship-building, communication and data insights to strengthen engagement and maximise long-term impact.About YOUYou are a relationship-focused fundraising, donor care or supporter engagement professional who understands the importance of creating meaningful experiences, that make supporters feel valued and connected.
