Our lawyers work on quality matters with real responsibility, work directly with partners and build long-term client relationships.The roleWorking with one of our partners and our senior lawyers, you will support our commercial leasing practice and build your skills on real matters from the start:Assist on files for a range of clients, including substantial family offices, developers, shopping centre owners and industry-leading business groups in the retail, hospitality, childcare and aged care sectorsDraft and review leases, agreements for lease and related documents for landlords, tenants and developers, with guidance and feedback from senior lawyersSupport retail, commercial, shopping centre and development matters, including due diligence, searches, lodgements and settlement tasksPrepare correspondence, mark-ups and file notes, and take part in negotiations with counterparties as your experience growsBuild your own client contact over time,
