You'll take ownership of a broad range of client service and advice implementation responsibilities, working closely with financial advisers and clients to ensure advice is implemented accurately, efficiently and with genuine care.Key responsibilitiesManaging the implementation of advice for new and existing clientsCompleting post-implementation checks and following matters through to completionPreparing client meeting documentation and maintaining accurate file notesManaging ongoing client administration and enquiriesLiaising with superannuation funds, investment platforms, insurers, Centrelink and other external providersManaging workflows, outstanding tasks and follow-upsScheduling and confirming client appointments and assisting with adviser diary managementMaintaining accurate client records and documentationEnsuring work is completed in accordance with procedures and regulatory obligationsIdentifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and the overall client experienceAbout youPrevious experience in a Client Service Officer,
