Senior Property Manager - Northern beachesWe are a growing agency focused on delivering expert management on build to rent and co-living assets in the city fringe and key suburban markets.
All of our buildings are single ownership, minimizing the time required in owner communication, approvals and reporting.

You will be supported by a full time, trust accountant, administrative and leasing support with clear processes established on the requirements and procedures for each property.It is a hybrid role between in office/on site property management across a range of build to rent assets, predominantly on the northern beaches.Qualifications & experienceExperience with Property tree, Inspection manager,



TAPI preferred but not essentialDrivers licenceA proven ability to manage time and follow proven processesAbility to think independentlyA desire to be a key part of a high performing team focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for clientsTasks & responsibilitiesMaintaining a clean and functional tenancy databaseAct as the primary contact point for all tenant requests throughout the tenancyLeasing and lease up of recent buildings as required in collaboration with the wider teamCo-ordination of maintenance requests and regular service contractsFocus on tenant happiness, retention and lease renewal whilst protecting our clients interestsAssist the leasing agent in servicing leasing enquiries where requiredManagement of rental arrears in collaboration with the administrative teamRoutine building inspections as required by the clientsCo-ordinating with on site staff to ensure buildings and apartments are well maintained and ready for new tenants promptly after vacateAlternating 5 day work week including Saturdays.
