Our client is expanding their NSW team and looking for a full-time inspector to cover Normanhurst/Wahroonga/Turramurra.
As a Building & Pest Inspector, you'll focus primarily on pre‐purchase inspections, identifying defects, assessing compliance and delivering detailed reports that support property transactions.

Duties
Identify structural defects, compliance issues and safety risks
Carry out pre‐purchase inspections across Normanhurst and surrounds
Produce clear, actionable inspection reports
Inspect subfloors, roof cavities and external roofing areas
Provide professional advice to clients
Skills & Experience




Demonstrated experience in building and/or pest inspections
Must be a licensed builder with a current NSW Builder's Licence
Completed Timber Pest certification (CPPUPM**** & CPPUPM****), or willingness to complete the course.
This must be complete before commencing the role.
Strong attention to detail and high-quality reporting skills
Police clearance and a valid driver's licence
