If you have CPV status and minimum 5 years commercial valuation experience, we are looking for a Commercial Property Valuer in Melbourne.

Role requirements:
In this role you will be continually interacting with out stakeholders and clients both in person and through our expanding software systems.

Possess a strong understanding of valuation methodologies and principles
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional deadline and time management skills
Be efficient with technologies and information systems
Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills

An overall passion for property industry
An Australian driver's license and own a personal motor vehicle
A Federal Police Clearance
Experience and/or Qualifications Required:
Current Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (API)
A minimum of 5 years CPV experience
CPV accreditation
