subcontractor packages and associated project costsPrepare scopes of work and issue tender packages to subcontractorsObtain, review and compare subcontractor and supplier quotationsCompile competitive tender submissions and meet tender deadlinesIdentify project risks, scope gaps and cost-saving opportunitiesWork with design and technical teams on value engineering solutionsBuild and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliersAssist with pricing variations and cost reviews where requiredMaintain accurate estimating records and subcontractor rate schedulesYOUMinimum 2–3 years' estimating experience within commercial constructionExperience pricing commercial fitout and D&C; projects up to approximately $5mProficient in Cubit estimating software and Microsoft OfficeAble to interpret construction drawings, specifications and scopes of workStrong understanding of subcontractor pricing and construction costsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communicator with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAble to manage competing priorities and work to tight tender deadlinesProactive, commercially minded and solutions focusedBuilding and Construction qualifications preferredACTIONSend an up to date copy of your CV & Project List to my email.Alternatively, get in touch with me directly for a highly confidential discussion.JEREMY PHELAN
