Special Works / Site Manager - High-end Residential Projects - Vehicle ProvidedOne of Sydney's leading architectural home builders is looking to appoint Special Works Manager.
This is a newly created position offering stability, autonomy and a strong work life balance.
It suits someone wanting a change of pace without stepping away from the quality work.You might be a seasoned Carpenter or Site Manager looking for a more manageable role, or a younger, energetic candidate who enjoys problem solving and working directly with clients.
You will work across some of Sydney's most impressive architecturally designed homes, handling defects, small works and general client care.You will be provided with a vehicle and will manage your own schedule, attending previously completed projects valued up to $25M, carrying out minor rectification works,



coordinating trades and assessing upcoming maintenance needs.Key responsibilitiesComplete minor rectification works and manage defect itemsCoordinate subcontractors and schedule specialist tradesManage client enquiries professionally and provide clear updatesAssess maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues and scope small worksMaintain records of works, timeframes and materialsEnsure all work is completed safely and to a high standardIdentify potential future works and report back to officeWhat we are looking forExperience in high end residential in Carpentry, Maintenance, Leading Hand or Site ManagementStrong problem solving ability and confidence working independentlyProfessional communication and client facing skillsSolid construction knowledge and the ability to diagnose issues on siteOrganised and reliable with solid attention to detailCarpentry trade is preferred but not essential
