Based at our office in South Melbourne, you'll work closely with one of our Directors and our Bookkeeper, taking ownership of the day-to-day finance operations of the business.
It's a hands‐on role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail as well while also contributing to the bigger picture.Full time or part time (4 days/week) – we are flexible.

your responsibilities will include:Leading the overall finance functionManaging month‐end processes and delivering accurate, timely management reportsOverseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableCashflow managementOverseeing payroll processes for the Australian, US and UK teamsAd‐hoc reportingStatutory reporting and compliance for Australia, US and UKCoordination of tax returns preparation with external accountantsSupporting and managing our Bookkeeper, working together to keep the finance function running like clockworkSystems and process improvements – things work well as they are, but we love fresh perspective and ideasAbout youWe are looking for someone who takes ownership, is practical and solutions‐focused with a knack for making finance work for the business rather than just ticking boxes.You'll bring a collaborative approach and the confidence to suggest and implement improvements when you spot an opportunity.
Ideally, we'd love:CA or CPA qualified with experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accounting roleStrong technical skillsComfortable working in a hands‐on environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage with Directors, Management colleagues and external advisorsResilient, proactive and solutions‐focused
