...As a Senior eCommerce Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our online strategy, working with the wider marketing team, your focus will be on optimising our ecommerce platform, managing email marketing campaigns, overseeing paid media efforts, curating content, and ensuring our product offerings align with market demands.Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive sales, profitability, and customer engagementContinuously optimise the customer journey across the ecommerce platform to maximise conversion rates, AOV, and customer retentionEmail MarketingOversee the end-to-end email marketing process, from strategy and segmentation to execution and analysisManage automated workflows, promotional campaigns,



and personalised content to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue whilst growing our customer basePaid Media ManagementLead paid media campaigns across channels, including Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platformsWork closely with the digital marketing team to allocate budgets effectively, optimise ad spend, and achieve targeted ROIContent ManagementCollaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience.Ensure product descriptions, visuals, and promotional content align with brand guidelines and drive online engagementPerformance Analysis & ReportingMonitor and analyse key ecommerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and customer lifetime valueGenerate detailed reports and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvementWE NEED YOU TO HAVE...Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, preferably within the fashion industryStrong expertise in email marketingPaid Media campaign management across Search & SocialExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret dataStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environmentShopify experience
