Job Q on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Site Manager for a 6-storey development in Southport.
You will own day-to-day delivery, coordinate trades, and drive safety, quality, and programme outcomes from construction through to completion.Lead site logistics and liaise with the Project Manager and Administrator to ensure timely, secure delivery.
The role requires hands-on site leadership, strong subcontractor management, and deep knowledge of WHS and Australian standards.
