We're now looking for a Senior RF Design Engineer to join our Engineering team and help shape the next generation of communication and safety products used across Australia and beyond.

What you'll be doing
As a Senior RF Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for the design, development and optimisation of RF circuits and systems for new and existing GME products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and developing RF circuits and subsystems
Simulating, analysing and optimising RF performance
Prototyping, testing and validating RF designs
Leading RF design activities throughout the product development lifecycle
Supporting PCB design reviews and component selection
Solving complex technical and performance issues
Ensuring designs meet regulatory, manufacturing and performance requirements
Working closely with production teams to successfully launch products
Preparing technical documentation and participating in design reviews
What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced RF Engineer with a strong background in practical RF circuit design and development.
You must have hands-on experience designing and developing RF circuits including:
Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs)
RF Filters
RF Switches
Modulators and Demodulators




Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related discipline
Extensive experience designing and developing RF circuits and systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering teams
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Government NV1 Security Clearance
Highly regarded
Experience developing communication or radio-based products
Knowledge of analogue, digital and mixed-signal circuit design
Experience with radio modulation techniques including AM, FM and digital radio technologies
Experience working within ISO****, AS**** or similar quality environments
Experience supporting products from concept through manufacturing and production release
