A leading global digital marketing agency is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join its Sydney office.
You'll work closely with the agency's Singapore team and report to a manager in Singapore, delivering high‐performing paid media campaigns for international clients.You can work hybrid from the Sydney office or remotely.
If you're curious about Singapore, there's the option to travel there regularly, or to relocate down the track.
If you're happy staying in Sydney, the role works just as well.
The role follows Singapore business hours, which are 2–3 hours behind Sydney.
That means later starts and later finishes.What you'll be doingManage and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads and Meta AdsMonitor campaign performance, budgets and KPIs to deliver strong client resultsAnalyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendationsIdentify opportunities for testing, innovation and automationCollaborate closely with the Singapore team on high‐quality campaign deliverySupport junior team members with campaign knowledge and best practiceDeliver campaigns on time,



within budget and to a high standardWhat we're looking forYou're a hands‐on paid media specialist who enjoys combining data, strategy and execution to deliver results, and you're comfortable in a fast‐paced, accountable setting.
You'll bring:3+ years' experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally agency‐sideStrong hands‐on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, with a track record of improving performance against KPIsStrong analytical skills, including reporting and performance insightsConfidence presenting results and recommendations to clientsExcellent attention to detail, organisation and time managementExperience with Singapore‐based businesses or international teams is a plusAustralian or Singaporean, with full working rightsWhat's on offer$100,000 + superHybrid in the Sydney office or remoteInternational client work and exposure to a global agencyThe option of regular Singapore travel or relocation, if that interests youWhether you want global agency experience from Sydney or you've always wanted to try Singapore, this role gives you both options.
