The Jobseeker Agency is recruiting a Finance Manager for a not-for-profit organisation in the Southern Highlands.
Based in Bowral, you will lead a team of 7 and report to the CEO.
The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on financial management in a agile NFP setting.You will prepare management accounts, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting audits.
A tertiary qualification is required; CPA is desirable but not essential.
