Paraplanning ManagerHawthorn, Melbourne | Permanent | $120k–$130k PackageAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Paraplanner/Paraplanning Managerto step into a leadership-focused role within an established financial planning business.This position will see you take ownership of paraplanning workflow across the wider advice team while providing leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to an offshore paraplanning team.The RoleWorking closely with Financial Advisers and the broader financial planning team, you will be responsible for:Managing and coordinating paraplanning workflow across the advice teamMentoring, developing and supporting the offshore paraplanning teamReviewing Statements of Advice and other advice documentation to ensure quality and accuracyAllocating work and managing priorities, deadlines and service standardsProviding technical guidance on complex advice strategiesActing as the key link between advisers and the offshore paraplanning functionIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and quality across the paraplanning functionSupporting the wider advice team to deliver a consistently high standard of client serviceAbout You To be successful, you will ideally have:7+ years' paraplanning experience within financial advicePrevious management,
