We are known for supplying high-quality equipment backed by strong technical support and the best customer service.About the RoleThis is a field-based business development role focused on building relationships with contractors, understanding their applications and recommending suitable equipment solutions.Key responsibilities include:Recommended equipment to prospective customers based on their specific requirementsBuilding robust relationships with contractors and industry networks, understanding their challenges and opportunitiesDeveloping new business across your territory, including frequent outbound prospectingThis role rewards individuals who are self-driven,



proactive and comfortable getting out in the field meeting customers.About youThis role is particularly well-suited to someone who:Has hands‐on experience using pumping equipment (e.g. screeding, rendering, plastering, concreting, fireproofing or similar) and is looking to move off the tools and into a professional career; ORIs an experienced technical sales person / business development manager, with prior experience with equipment or heavy industriesHolds an understanding of the basic mechanical functions of the equipment and practical use on real job sitesEnjoys speaking with contractors and building new relationshipsIs ambitious, motivated to grow and keen to impressPrior sales experience is not essential — machine & industry knowledge, together with the right attitude are more important.What We Offer$80,000 - $120,000 base salary (experience dependent) + incentives on all machines soldFully maintained company vehicle + fuelFull support from management and the technical teamOpportunity to transition away from the tools and build a long-term career within the industryLooking for people located in QLD and WA
