As a Handyperson, you will work closely with the Maintenance Team to ensure the hotel is well maintained.
Your role will include carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks such as repair work, painting, plumbing and preventative maintenance all while delivering high levels of customer service.
Specifically, your duties include:Ensuring every area of the hotel is immaculately maintained for guests to enjoyReview and action maintenance requests that come through via hotel communication logs/devices and follow up on these to ensure efficient resolutionComplete hotel general maintenance, repairs and preservations as requiredAdhere to hotel Workplace Health & Safety and Fire Evacuation policies and proceduresEnsure good relationships are built with internal and external customers always maintaining a guest focusWhat are we looking for?
