This role involves over-the-counter retail sales, face-to-face customer service, and hands-on battery testing, fitting, and technical support.Key responsibilitiesProvide expert advice and excellent customer service to retail and commercial clients.Perform battery testing, diagnosis, and installations (automotive, auxiliary, and deep-cycle systems).
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle daily store transactions safely.Maintain stock presentation, inventory organization, and general store tidiness.Work independently and as part of a close-knit team.About youPrevious experience in retail sales, automotive, batteries, customer service, or technical roles is preferred.Punctual, reliable, and physically fit (comfortable lifting heavy items).
Mechanically minded with a willingness to learn technical testing equipment.Valid Australian driver's licence is required.Robust communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to top-tier customer service.
