We're looking for a Cleaner to join our Paynesville Park, working alongside our Park Manager and wider team to keep our residents' living spaces clean, safe and welcoming.

ResponsibilitiesDelivering daily cleaning services in line with established schedules and task listsCleaning communal areas including reception, hallways, bathrooms and public spacesVacuuming, mopping, dusting, rubbish removal, restocking and sanitising high-touch surfacesSupporting laundry services as requiredKeeping accurate records of completed cleaning tasksFollowing WHS, hygiene and safe chemical handling procedures at all timesReporting any maintenance issues, hazards or incidents promptlyGreeting and engaging with residents and guests professionally, courteously and with empathyWhat's in it for you?

You'll work alongside the Park Manager and broader park team in an setting where residents are at the heart of what we do.
It's practical, hands-on work – some of it outdoors in all weather – but it's also about the small things that make a difference, from a freshly made bed to a sparkling clean bathroom, that help residents feel truly at home.We'd Love To Hear From You If YouHave previous experience in commercial or residential housekeeping, although this is desirable rather than essentialUnderstand the importance of hygiene, infection control and safe chemical handlingAre reliable, organised and comfortable following procedures and instructionsHave strong attention to detail and good time managementAre physically capable of manual cleaning tasks and comfortable working outdoors when neededEnjoy working as part of a team and interacting respectfully with residentsHold a Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check, or are willing to obtain theseAre available to work flexible casual shiftsReady to join Eureka?
