Work with an established, family-owned WA earthmoving contractorDiverse daily duties with plenty of variety between job sitesSupportive team environment with long-term opportunitiesSkillforce Recruitment is a proudly WA-owned labour hire company supplying quality personnel to the construction, civil and resources industries.We are currently seeking experienced Skid Steer / Bobcat Operators with a current HR Licence to join one of our established earthmoving and civil contracting clients.Our client specialises in earthworks, site preparation and civil maintenance support, including ongoing works associated with Water Corporation infrastructure throughout the Perth metropolitan area.This is an excellent prospect for operators who are confident on the machinery, capable of working independently and comfortable operating both skid steers and heavy rigid trucks.About the RoleWorking across various civil and infrastructure sites throughout Perth, your responsibilities will include:Operating skid steers / bobcats safely and efficientlyDriving HR tipper trucks to transport materials and remove spoilUndertaking site clean-ups, excavation and general earthworksLoading and unloading materials, including sand, soil and construction debrisAssisting with backfilling,



ground preparation and site reinstatement worksWorking around existing infrastructure and active civil worksitesConducting daily pre-start checks and maintaining equipmentWorking alongside civil crews to ensure jobs are completed safely and efficientlyWhat We're Looking ForTo be considered, applicants will ideally possess:Current HR Driver's Licence - EssentialSkid Steer / Bobcat Operating Experience - EssentialConstruction White CardSkid Steer ticket or relevant competency verificationMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar operating rolePrevious experience operating HR tipper trucksSound understanding of civil construction and earthworks practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong commitment to safety, reliability and quality workmanshipPrevious experience working on Water Corporation projects, civil maintenance, utilities or infrastructure reinstatement will be highly regarded.What We OfferWeekly payOngoing work opportunities across Perth MetroVariety of operating work across civil and infrastructure projectsOpportunity to work with an established WA-owned earthmoving contractorSupport from an experienced recruitment team
