As a small, boutique provider, they focus on children's development and well-being, and on building a positive sense of community for children, families and their team.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to deliver exceptional care and education to children in the toddler room.




Our client is seeking one Cert III or Diploma qualified Educator to join their team.Some of your responsibilities will include:Planning engaging educational activities tailored to the toddler roomImplementing educational programs that support children's learningCreating a safe and secure environment for all children in your careFostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere throughout the dayBuilding positive, trusting relationships with the childrenBuilding strong relationships with families, communicating confidently in both English and MandarinAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood EducationFluency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with children and familiesStrong English language skills, both written and verbalExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work effectively within a team environmentA genuine passion for working with childrenWhat's in it for You?
