Appolonia Dental PTY LTD – Frenchs Forest NSWWe are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Dental Nurse to join our friendly team in Frenchs Forest.
This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst providing essential support to our dental practice.
You will be the welcoming face of our clinic, managing patient interactions, administrative tasks, and providing chairside dental nursing support as required.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive at our practice.What you'll be doingGreeting patients warmly and professionally, managing check-ins and maintaining a welcoming reception areaScheduling appointments, managing the appointment book and sending appointment reminders to patientsProcessing patient payments, handling invoicing and maintaining accurate financial recordsCompleting patient registration forms and maintaining confidential patient records in compliance with privacy regulationsProviding chairside dental nursing support, including assisting dentists during patient treatments and proceduresSterilising and preparing dental instruments and treatment rooms between patientsManaging dental supplies inventory and placing orders as requiredAnswering patient enquiries by phone and email, providing information about treatments and proceduresSupporting the overall smooth operation of the dental practice and contributing to a positive patient experienceWhat we're looking forA friendly, professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in a dental practice,
