Expression of Interest - Factory Workers

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Factory Workers for upcoming opportunities with a well-established food manufacturing facility based in Lismore, NSW.
About the Role
Duties may include:
Sorting, packing, labelling and palletising products
Operating and monitoring production machinery
General production and process work
Quality checking products throughout production
Cleaning and maintaining production areas
Manual handling and repetitive lifting of up to 11kg
Following food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures
Assisting across different areas of the factory as required
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
Are reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace
Can safely perform repetitive manual handling
Have good communication and teamwork skills
Have a strong commitment to safety, hygiene and quality




Are willing to learn and undertake required training
Are able to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen
Previous factory, production, food manufacturing or process work experience will be highly regarded.
