This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance.
Working closely with a team of five casual team members, you will help build team confidence, maintain operational standards, and create a positive shopping experience.
The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently while providing stability and support during a period of change.Skills and ExperiencePrevious retail management experience,
