About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you'll support older Australians to remain independent at home through a combination of personal care and domestic assistance.
Key responsibilities include:
Personal care and mobility supportDomestic duties including cleaning, laundry and meal preparationSocial support and companionshipPromoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
Please note: Domestic assistance is an important part of this role and may form a regular component of customer visits.
About You
We're seeking experienced carers who genuinely enjoy working one-on-one with older people in the community.
To be successful, you will have:
A minimum of 12 months' experience providing personal care in aged care, disability or hospital settings and/or a qualification in Aged Care,



Disability or Home & Community CareExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA passion for supporting older Australians to live independently at homeA current Australian Driver's Licence (International licence not accepted)A comprehensively insured vehicle
Availability Requirements
Live in and can support our customers in Rockingham, Mandurah, Dudley Park, Baldivis, Halls Head and surrounding areasAvailable to work across the service hours of 8:00am to 6:00pmAvailable to work at least 6 hours per day across a minimum of 3 weekdaysCommit to our paid 2-week Brilliant@Basics Training Program when you commence
