maintaining high presentation standards, and ensuring consistency across every service.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with Julio's and IHG standardsSupporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operationsAssisting with menu execution across restaurant, room service, and banqueting outletsTraining and mentoring junior team members where requiredMaintaining exceptional food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness standardsMonitoring food quality, stock rotation, and portion controlContributing ideas for menu development and service improvementsDelivering outstanding guest experiences through your passion for food and attention to detailYou will also play an important part in the wider Holiday Inn culture by creating genuine connections with both guests and colleagues, helping everyone feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a passionate and motivated culinary professional who enjoys working in a collaborative setting and is committed to delivering exceptional food experiences.To be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a hotel, restaurant,
