What You'll Be DoingSupporting the Multi-Site Manager in driving the performance of the Paddington storeHelping recruit, develop and build a high-performing teamCoaching and motivating the team on the shop floorDriving sales, conversion and individual team performanceDelivering an exceptional, personalised customer experienceBringing the brand and product story to life through engaging customer interactionsLeading from the front with a strong sales focusSupporting daily store operations, presentation and standardsUsing store KPIs and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve performanceMaximising every customer opportunity,
