Metroll Smithfield is seeking a motivated Trades Counter Assistant to join our busy branch.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will deliver friendly, skilled customer service to trade customers, builders and contractors, and support day-to-day sales activities.You will handle enquiries, quotations, orders and showroom interactions, coordinate with warehouse staff for timely pickups, maintain accurate records, and help grow product knowledge through ongoing training.
