Senior Medical Receptionist - Casual PositionMacarthur Obstetric and Gynaecology – Campbelltown NSWAs the first point of contact for patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
This role will primarily provide relief coverage for annual leave, sick leave and other staff absences.Key responsibilitiesWelcoming and assisting patients in a friendly, professional and compassionate mannerManaging patient appointments, including bookings, rescheduling and confirmationsHandling incoming telephone calls, emails and patient enquiriesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient recordsProcessing general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence and ordering suppliesLiaising with doctors and other healthcare professionals to support the productive running of the practiceMaintaining strict patient confidentiality and privacy at all timesAbout youPrevious experience working as a Medical Receptionist,
