We are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our busy café in Barangaroo.
The role involves preparing and cooking a range of simple café food items in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking breakfast items, including bacon and egg rolls, wraps and bagels
Making toasties, sandwiches and other light café meals
Preparing ingredients and completing daily food prep
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
Ensuring food is prepared quickly and consistently
Assisting with general kitchen duties

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good time management and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge
