FIFO Utility All-Rounder MUST HAVE EXPERIENCEWe are seeking an experienced FIFO Utility All-Rounder (based in Perth) to join the Remote Personnel team on a casual basis.
As a Utility All-Rounder, you will be a key member of our housekeeping and general services team, providing essential support across multiple operational areas to ensure our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and functionality.
Your versatility and willingness to work across different tasks will be crucial to the success of our hospitality operations.Key responsibilitiesPerforming general housekeeping duties including cleaning, tidying and sanitising accommodation areas, common spaces and facilitiesMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all operational areas in accordance with company policies and health and safety regulationsSupporting laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying and folding linens and uniformsAssisting with waste management and recycling programmesResponding flexibly to ad-hoc requests and supporting other departments as neededRestocking supplies and maintaining inventory of cleaning and general suppliesReporting maintenance issues or hazards to management promptlyAdhering to all FIFO scheduling requirements and demonstrating reliability and punctualityWorking collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operationsWhat we're looking forProven experience working in housekeeping or general utility roles, ideally in hospitality, mining camps, or similar remote operationsStrong experience in FIFO work environments and demonstrated ability to adapt to roster schedulesExcellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standardsPhysical fitness and capability to perform manual duties, including lifting and carryingFlexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and support different operational areasReliable, punctual and professional attitude with robust work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills and ability to follow instructionsCurrent police clearance and ability to obtain necessary security clearancesRelevant certifications such as Working at Heights, First Aid or Food Safety are advantageousMUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:WA Driver's Licence "C" class (front & back - must be WA; international/interstate licences must be converted at a Licensing Centre prior onboarding)Passport (must be valid) OR Citizenship Certificate OR Birth CertificatePolice Clearance (issued within the last 3 months) CLEARRSA CertificateWhite CardPTD Authorisation (Bus Driver role only)
