With a great reputation they are seeking the addition of an Operations Manager to take up an integral role in the businessRoleAs the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the WA location, coupled with driving business initiatives and through engineering, production and field service capabilities within the company in relation to HV Electrical Systems / HV Equipment.PersonOperations Management ExperienceMan Management / LeadershipExperience of Production Control, Planning, Scheduling within a Manufacturing / Services Environment.Good ability to identify process gaps,



initiate continuous improvement activities.Experience of managing MV/HV Electrical Engineering projects / business services in relation to Testing, Repair, Switchgear, Switchboards etc.Valuable experience within the Mining, Resources, Utilities related markets.QualificationsTrade Electrical ExperienceDegree Qualified - Electrical EngineeringBusiness Management Qualifications / Certification (Advantageous)RemunerationSalaries will be commensurate based on skills and experience.
