Lifestyle Solutions is seeking Casual & Permanent Part time Support Workers for Woy Woy, Central Coast NSW.
You will help customers build independence, develop life skills and participate in home and community activities.Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration (where required), documentation, and supporting clients to engage socially.
A background in complex care and relevant certifications are advantageous, and training is provided.
